Tessa is a violinist and educator with over 15 years of professional performance experience. In addition to GMW, she teaches at the Brookwood School and the Rockport Public Schools, and she previously served as a Resident Musician with Community MusicWorks in Providence. Her freelance work spans orchestral, theatrical, and studio settings, including actor-musician roles with Greater Boston Stage Company and the Wilbury Theatre Group. Tessa appears regularly with regional ensembles including the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra, the Rhode Island Philharmonic, and the Rhode Island Civic Chorale & Orchestra, as well as with Boston touring and theatrical productions. She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees in violin performance from NYU and BU, respectively.
